Webinar Description:

Feet are the foundation of human movement. Yet, in modern practice, they’re often overlooked until pain arises.

At The Foot Collective, we believe that restoring natural foot function & balance is fundamental to helping the body move the way it was designed to.

This webinar bridges the gap between manual therapy & movement, exploring how foot health, sensory awareness, & balance capacity influence the entire kinetic chain - from the way we stand & walk to how we breath, manage load, posture, & performance.

Through practical examples & clinical reasoning, you’ll learn how to assess & integrate foot & balance training principles into your treatment approach to create lasting change for your clients.

What you will learn:

  • How foot function influences gait, breathing & whole-body movement.
  • The role of balance in restoring coordination, stability, & resilience.
  • How to integrate simple balance & foot-strengthening strategies into treatment plans.
  • Ways to educate and empower clients to take ownership of their movement health.
  • How to connect soft tissue therapy with natural movement principles for improved outcomes.
